Sandipan Memorial Health Care provides diagnostic and clinical healthcare services including pathology testing, medical imaging, ECG, and doctor consultation facilities at our centre in Gouribati, Tarakeswar, Hooghly, West Bengal.

All services are provided by qualified and registered medical professionals. Services are provided for informational and clinical purposes in accordance with the standards set by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and relevant medical regulations in India.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Diagnostic reports and test results issued by Sandipan Memorial Health Care are clinical documents intended to be used by registered medical practitioners as part of a patient's overall clinical assessment. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Patients are advised to consult their treating doctor regarding the interpretation of any diagnostic report. We do not diagnose medical conditions directly through our website or any online channel.

4. Appointments and Bookings

Appointment bookings made via phone, website, or in person are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in circumstances beyond our control, and will notify patients as soon as possible in such cases.

Patients are requested to arrive at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling subject to availability.

5. Payment and Refunds

All service charges are payable at the time of service or as agreed at the time of booking. Itemized receipts are provided for all payments.

Refunds for cancelled services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tests for which samples have already been collected and processed are generally non-refundable. For queries regarding refunds, contact our reception directly.

6. Report Delivery

Diagnostic reports are issued to the patient or their authorised representative. Delivery via WhatsApp or SMS is provided as a convenience service. The physical or digital report provided to the patient is the official report; any verbal communication is not binding.

Report turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the test or workload at the time.

7. Patient Conduct

Patients and visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards all staff and other patients at our facility. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who are abusive, disruptive, or pose a risk to staff or other patients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, and design is the property of Sandipan Memorial Health Care. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sandipan Memorial Health Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our website content. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
